Gonadotropins

Gonadotropins are hormones which are naturally produced by the pituitary gland. These hormones stimulate the activity of gonads and affect the secretion of sex hormones. The amount of these hormones remains the same in men. In women, the changing amount of hormones causes ovulation.

These hormones are produced as medicine, thanks to which the ovary can be stimulated so that it grows more follicles than one.
