Preparation for AR

Preparation for AR

Preparation for AR

The preparation for assisted reproduction in our facility is performed in correspondence with the age of the patients, the duration of infertility and the health characteristics of the patients.

The primary concern is the safety and success of the treatment.

Preparation for IVF/ICSI treatment has a mandatory and an optional part.

 Basic search:

  •  gynaecological examination
  • PAPA test
  • Microbiological swabs
  • Ultrasound review
  • Ovarian reserve
  • Spermiogram
  • Hepatitis, HIV, syphilis tests

Complex patients with recurrent failure, spontaneous abortions and complications require prolonged treatment:

  • Hysteroscopy, biopsy
  • oGTT, insulin resistance
  • Sperm DNA fragmentation
  • karyotype
  • Endometrial biopsy
  • Analysis of hormones, vitamin D, thyroid
  • Y - microdeletion
  • For genetic and acquired thrombophilias, etc.

Patient safety always takes precedence over the desire for quick success, which can be risky. Treatment at the MIA Polyclinic is thus individualized depending on the patient's causes and characteristics, as well as the fertility of the semen.
